Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed by the automated text system 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment especially if it was booked months in advance. If you need to cancel please call or text us directly at 402-290-8908.

Any cancellations AFTER the 24 hour mark are charged a cancellation fee of half the service cost. “No shows” are charged the FULL service amount and must rebook online and pay a new deposit.  All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are aware of this and plan ahead before booking. 

No Walk-ins please! Wax Therapy is by appointment only. 

YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

This establishment follows universal precautions to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 and any other infectious diseases with continuous disinfection and sterilization procedures.

This includes the following:
-Use of hospital grade disinfectants to clean all surfaces between clients
-Sterilizing all tools before use
-Single use and disposable items when possible

We pride ourselves in providing you with a clean and safe environment at all times. I will text you when I’m ready for you to come in for your appointment, until then please wait in your car.
Please refrain from bringing other guests or children during this time.
Online booking is available at your convenience.
If you are sick or have been around anyone sick, please reschedule your appointment for another day.

If you are under 18 and would like to schedule an appointment, please note that our professional liability insurance requires a parent or legal guardian to attend your appointment with you to sign treatment consent forms on your behalf.  

Please reschedule your appointment if you yourself are currently sick, have been sick within the last week, or have been taking care of sick people within the last week. If any of the above applies, I promise I will do my best to get your appointment rescheduled as soon as possible. 

Men are welcome.
However, Wax Therapy upholds a no nonsense policy.
This means services are strictly professional, and any behaviors deemed disrespectful, inappropriate, rude, harassing, demeaning, etc will be immediately asked to leave the premises, invoiced for services rendered, and client termination will follow. Police report and charges may be pressed if warranted.
