Meet Kayla-
Owner & Licensed Esthetician
Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! I own and operate Wax Therapy and have over 14 years of waxing experience. I graduated from Capitol School of Esthetics in 2009. After graduation, I knew early on that my niche was waxing. I then started working in West Omaha at the very first body waxing salon in Omaha. I have worked in various waxing salons in Omaha, including Brow Bars, shaping and perfecting brows all day. One of my passions is waxing and shaping eyebrows, which I view as an art form. A good brow takes the eye of a good brow artist.
I use only top-of-the-line hard wax for the Brazilian area, as it is the most gentle type of wax to use on delicate, sensitive body areas. In addition, my waxing technique is the best way to help reduce the risk of ingrown hairs. One thing that I take deep into my ethical code after working at many salons over the years is that I make sure every one of my clients doesn't feel like just another number. At larger waxing salons, cheap prices that undercut the beauty industry means cheaper products. These products can cause ingrown hairs and can easily damage the skin by lifting, or peeling off the first layer, which can lead to hyperpigmentation. I use only the best for my clients! I make time for each of you and ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Every client is exceptional and deserves the best treatment and service possible.

Most waxers don’t take into consideration their waxing tables. They buy cheap tables that have a lower weight limit of 500 pounds. Which means that table truly only holds about 200 pounds. My table holds up to 2,500 pounds to ensure the safety of my clients.

I opened Wax Therapy in March 2017. My salon is connected to my home, with a private entrance for clients only. At Wax Therapy, sitting and waiting in a waiting room is a thing of the past; my salon is entirely private, with a private bathroom. A very tranquil and beautiful space I am proud of!

Your appointment is very important to me; it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request a 24-hour notice before your appointment for cancellations.
